The boxes are sent on the first of each month & it's always such a treat receiving them. I find having something to look forward to helps when my M.E symptoms are bad (all the time then!) & why shouldn't we have something nice each month? I don't often go shopping or anything because it's such a hassle with how poorly it makes me, so this is one of my treats. Plus, as I've said before, the other girls are really lovely & it has become a little community rather than just a subscription service. People have shown recently just how supportive they are & I'm proud to be part of such a fabulous group of people. It has helped my confidence too - see previous post here.
There is a Facebook group & a page where you can swap items with other members if you want different colours or just fancy something else instead.
And now I shall stop rambling & get on with the pictures....
This is what I saw when I opened the box. So pretty!
Flamingos!!
And each item that was in the box..
Glitter fruit slice bandeau RRP £15
Cascading orchard hairclip RRP £8
Tiki cocktail umbrella fascinator RRP £15
Rannunculus bobby pin pair RRP £6
Hummingbird hairclip RRP £8
The contents of the box are always worth at least £50, so for £20 plus £3.95 p&p it's definitely more than worth it. If anyone wants to be a part of the fun, if you join & give my name as a referral we both get a £10 voucher to spend on the website. Woo hoo!
And of course each time I get a new box, not only do I try everything on but so does my mini Princess! She usually comes home from school & has a good look at what we (as we share it!) got..
The cocktail umbrellas are so cool & remind me of being little wearing them behind my ear. I wore them in the garden the other day in the sun. Just because! I have been wearing the watermelon as a necklace too. And I have various items around my bedroom acting as décor so it's a win-win situation!!
I will maybe do another unboxing next time so let me know in the comments if it's something you'd like me to do?
Ali
